Insurance and Payment Policies

Our practice accepts most major insurance providers, including Texas Medicaid. If you have questions about insurance, we encourage you to contact us at 915-594-8877.

Our accepted payment options include all major credit cards, cash, check, and Apple/Google Pay.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

To best serve our patients, we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment at our office. We offer a range of flexible hours at our Lee Trevino location.

If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum 24-hours’ notice.
